Weight Loss - Exercise - Healthy Foods

With so many different types of diets and workout routines, it can be confusing to begin. Not everyone responds the same. The following methods are universal.

Here are 3 key elements for health, working out and weight loss:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Water rehydrates & aids the digestive system.

2. Eat every 3 to 3/12 hrs. Insuring you NEVER overeat or eat the wrong foods. Because when you are hungry you almost always make the wrong food choice.

3. Eat eggs yolks. I'll bet you didn't know that except for protein, egg whites alone are almost completely devoid of nutrients. When your diet has limited fat intake, you will always find yourself very hungry and more inclined to binge.

"You MUST eat healthy fats & foods that burn in order to lose fat."

There are other foods besides eggs that you can add to your diet to burn fat, and some foods you may think are "healthy" that you should stay FAR away from. Choose correctly and you'll soon find yourself exactly where you long to be, healthy & fit and energized!
